It's perfect for my 15.4" laptop on business meetings as well as commuting. If your laptop is 15.4", there won't be room for the accessory pouch so I stuff my power converter in the outside compartment. The bag does have a trolley strap to keeps bag in place on a rolling suitcase - a plus when traveling. The handle is reinforced and comfortable to grip. The outside compartment has lots of well organized pockets typical in Wenger/SwissGear luggages. By the way, the shoulder strap of this bag, unlike most computer bags, is not detachable. It retails for $49 (MSRP) but you could get it cheaper online at Amazon.

SwissGear GA-7850-13F00 Anthem Compact Camera Case

Love this SwissGear camera case I bought at my local Circuit City for my Sony DSC-W120 and Samsung L200. The case has sufficient padding and the inside is lined with a cloth that doesn't scratch camera's lcd. The case can be clipped on belt too.

I bought it for $10 at Circuit City store (sad to hear Circuit City is affected by the the current economy and has to close) and retails $11.99 at Amazon. Original MSRP is $39.99 but I bought it half the price as it was on sale at Amazon and I'm just glad I didn't pay the full price. It is not well made compared to my other Swiss Gear items (Wenger Impulse and Swiss Gear SA9715 grey & silver backpack). The compartment are sewn in single stitch and the material is a thin nylon, padding is just enough to protect laptop. My 15.4 laptop fits just fine and the shoulder strap padding is not thick enough but wide enough that it doesn't dig into shoulders. There are two side mesh pockets perfect for umbrella totes and water bottle.

Swiss Gear SA9715 Grey & Silver Laptop Backpack Review

I am a fan of Wenger and Swiss Gear luggage and when I saw this SA9715 laptop backpack on 75% sale at Amazon, I sure grabbed one. The product listing doesn't indicate what size of laptop fits into this backpack and I did looked everywhere on the net for a review on this one and haven't found any. Dimensions listed on the listing is that it is 9 x 14 x 18.5 inches so I figured my 15.4" laptop would be just fine. Well yes, it fits but it almost touches the zipper that if I am not careful in zipping the backpack, the zipper would scratch my laptop. That is the only con I found in this backpack.

The pros:
1. It is well built. The padding is enough and it has a velcro strap to secure the laptop inside.

2. It has lots of compartments. I counted more than 20 pockets. Aside from the laptop compartment, there's another front main compartment for books, binders, etc. Inside that compartment are smaller pockets and organizers for pens, mobile phone, keys, smaller items, and audio sleeve. Each side of the backpack is a stretchable pocket for water bottle.

3. The straps are comfortable. It is wide and it doesn't dig into my shoulders. I also love the sunglass/shades holder and multi tool pocket on the strap.

5. Great airflow. It is a plus feature on backpacks which I always look for. It helps in the circulation of air in my back during those hot summer days.

Victorinox Classic SD Swiss Army Knife

Victorinox Classic SD - Original Swiss Army Knife

What I love about it is it is so light and small enough at 2 1/4 inch lenght to add in my key ring.
It is the same size as my Sandisk Cruzer usb flash drive. Tools included with the knife are: scissors, toothpick, tweezer, nail file with screw driver tip, and a key ring. The knife retails for $17.50 at Amazon but I got it for $8 when it was on sale.
